I'm a polka dot girl...love the contrast between the DP.
Added a little twine and sparkly bling.
Done! (grin)
Oh, and if you are wondering about the "frame" around the sentiment...it's from the Early Girl crafting kit by Cosmo Cricket. I actually found some still available at an on-line store. Check it out on the thumbnail below. One of my favorite lines.
