My beautiful young niece Katie plays the violin like an angel!
I could listen to her play all day. Unbiased auntie that I am
thinks she is a child prodigy (grin!)

Got a work-out in paper piecing with this one!
Both her violin and pretty dress are pieced and then she is
fussy cut, popped up and all ready to make beautiful music.
I added a double trim of lace that I purchased
awhile back from Frost it Pink.
The colors in real life really pop on this card.
Too bad my camera didn't see it.
Another dark and gloomy day here. (sigh)

Very cute card. You did a great job with the paper piecing. I'm sure she will love it.
ReplyDeleteKatie says, "The card was very pretty and I love you, too." Hope it was OK to show it to her. She doesn't know that you're going to give it to her but started the day with a huge smile and a skip in her step.
